Our product range encompasses a wide spectrum of high-quality sealing solutions and technical components. These include classic gaskets and custom-molded rubber parts, as well as high-pressure sealing sheets, precision membranes, stamped parts, and complex composite products made of metal or plastic.

For the production of our products, we draw on a portfolio of over 130 specialized rubber compounds to offer the optimal material for every specific requirement. Our broad range includes proven standard polymers such as NR, NBR, and EPDM, as well as high-performance specialty polymers, including AEM, VMQ, FKM, and FFKM. We deliver certified quality according to individual factory standards, as well as special food-grade materials in accordance with FDA (21 CFR §177.2600) and BfR recommendations, or materials that meet stringent DVGW guidelines. To precisely meet your individual specifications, we produce the components in various colors and cover a hardness range of approximately 25 to 95 Shore A.

We cover the entire spectrum of modern elastomer processing to efficiently produce both small and large production runs. Our core processes include compression molding, injection molding, and compression molding.

Yes. As a long-established manufacturer with over seven decades of experience in the sealing industry, we have an extensive archive and currently stock over 4,000 items. Among other things, we produce all former TGL seals (from the former GDR) for spare parts needs. We specifically support you in extending the service life of your existing systems by supplying hard-to-find sealing components true to the original from our warehouse or precisely remanufacturing them in modern material quality.

That’s our core competency. Thanks to our in-house toolmaking department, we support you from the initial idea or sketch to series production. We manufacture precisely according to your drawing or an existing sample. Our specialists provide comprehensive advice on selecting the optimal geometry and the appropriate material composition for your specific application.
