Rolling diaphragms

Rolling diaphragms enable frictionless stroke movement for precise control processes.

Rolling diaphragms, with their special hat shape, enable very large strokes without frictional resistance. As they move, the diaphragm „rolls“ along the cylinder wall, allowing for extremely sensitive pressure control without stick-slip. Rolling diaphragms are used for larger strokes where even the smallest pressure differences must be transmitted without friction, for example, in sensitive pressure reducers and precision mechanical actuators.
